This is the real deal. If you want a high quality real cotton Shemagh buy this. Don't even think about buying the Gen X Global Special Forces Head Wrap. It isn't anywhere near the quality of the Rothco.

It is what it is, a big scarf. The quality is really great - 100% cotton and really soft.

A nice rag.

Compared to the other brand of head wrap I have this one is much thicker, and a bit bigger.
I haven't had a chance to play with it on yet as I used the other brand first. Buuutttt my first impressions of this is that it will work a let better as head protection then the other brand.
If you are willing to spend the little extra dough, then here ya go, if not, then other brands will work. They are all just big rags in the end right?
