Cons: Pads feels cheap, material feels cheap, itchy to few people, no lateral and lower-mid back protection (sides and ribs aren't covered/padded).
Pros: Price is very reasonable, increases chances of bounce, esthetically pleasing (makes you look buff).
Overall: Great place to start and judge what you want/need for future buys.
Note: if you like the feel of compressions shirts, this might not feel great on the skin. Wear this on top of your compression shirt/tank top. A few friends used/had this as their "under armour" shirt and was either itchy or had a rash around the armpit area.

For the price this vest is great. The padding is decent in it and helps a little bit but your still going to feel it, but it dosnt hurt near as bad as it does with just a t shirt on. The biggest problem with this vest is that you are going to burn up in it. You cannot where this vest under a jersey in the summer/spring time because you will pass out from the heat. Its great for the colder days. But overall its pretty good it does the job.

its pretty good, make you look a little bigger, makes you a bit warmer in the winter, great padding, makes taking it right in your weak spot a little easier, just stick on under a sweatshirt and it good for the price
