Seventh Element, the worlds worst customer service

Before I purchased my Etek 3, I had a dangerous power e1 and attempted to contact seventh element for 3 Weeks, by phone and email, with no response wanting to know if their g3 board would fit in my e1 (it does by the way). I ended up calling ansgear techs and they did a test for me. Needless to say, I did not purchase the seventh element and got a APE. If seventh elements customer service its so bad they won't even call you back to SELL you something, imagine how bad it would be if your board was a defect or broke etc.. And you actually needed their help. Stay away from these guys, they are a joke.

This board is way better then the stock board.It will not let you down and it is user friendly.My rate of fire has gone up and the only downside of it is that the gribs are kind of bulky. overall this board will not let you down

Do not buy

This board arrived defective from Ansgear. The connection to the eyes did not work. I called Ansgear and the lady who answered told me I'm SOL and to go through the manufacture. I called the manufacture quite a few times and their never there. I leave messages and never return my calls. I've been robbed of $65 and the board sits in its box as a decorative piece in my office.

Just received the board (Not from ANS)

I bought direct from Seventh Element the board with the Bluetooth and rotor board and as of now I am not impressed with this at all. Right out of the box I have two problems with it.
1) The eyes will not turn on (it says in their manual that there is a switch but cannot find it).
2) The Bluetooth does not work at all it keeps saying initialization failed.
The grips are a little bulky and it is very hard to get all the boards (Bluetooth and OLED) in the frame of the gun. The OLED is very nice but don’t care for the way it mounts, it just sits in the grip. If you are not very good at installing boards in your marker than don’t rely on the manual to help you with the install. There are no pics or info on the install (Would like to see a pic of that Eye on and off button) I would also say the craftsmanship of this board is not very good. I hope their customer service is better than the product. And hope to be writing a better review in the future about this product.
