I've got a BT-4, I converted it with the Tacamo Mag Feed kit. After changing, I couldn't get the velocity above ~278fps. I switched out to the SILVER spring and my velocity bumps right on up and now I have to dial it back some to get 285fps.
The kit works and is handy if your gun wears down or if you add/modify it and in some way increase the internal drag etc. Basically, you can dial your gun right in to where you need it, no matter how you've modified it.
Compared to the stock spring, they feel like they have a coating on top. Not sure if this really makes them any better, but they still feel nicer. All the colors felt the same though, not different in terms of stiffness or anything.
Nice touch for your gun.
