A new level of performance has been unlocked. Freak flexibility and perfect paint to bore sizing is now available with the amazing strength-to-weight ratio of true carbon fiber. Not to be confused with budget-built barrels that have a carbon fiber pattern printed on them, or a carbon tube wrapped in carbon fiber, the Carbon Fiber Freak is built of layered woven carbon fiber composite from its inner bore to its exterior for maximum strength. Classic All-American porting dampens the marker's sound signature while providing a pathway for propellant gas to equalize with the atmosphere before the ball exits the barrel, with a unique size ratio and patented spiral pattern that has been the choice of top competitive paintball players since the 1980s. Available as slim Freak system fronts or extra weight-saving full-length Inline Freak barrels, the Carbon Fiber Freak is the nexus of efficiency and strength.

I really like this barrel for its weight and its performance. Obviously, a freak insert is a freak insert so I don't suppose the function is any more effective than any other freak barrel. However, as I said, the weight makes this thing awesome! I can feel a significant difference when using this over my stock barrels. In fact, I find myself using this on all 6 of my guns.

I purchased this barrel for one of my pump guns I own and I have no regrets on purchasing it.. it has a great gloss look to it made very well. Takes freak inserts so you could size your paint. Shoots straight all day never had any issues with it I would purchase another in the future if I would ever decide to..

Poor construction	May 1, 2016

I shot a case through mine and the inside of the barrel came apart and out of the barrel when I ran a barrel maid through it. The carbon fiber on this barrel also doesn't seem to be nearly as strong as other barrels on the market. For me it was a waste of money, hopefully no one else has this issue.

Its not just for looks.
This baby (with the right insert) can shoot quarter groupings across a speedball field!
Its extremely light and durable.
The only issue i have are the holes along the tip of the barrel.
They're tricky to clean.
But all-in-all, if you can drop 90 something dollars, pick this up for a reliable barrel upgrade.
