Seriously, don't use these if you care about safety! I bought two and one of them was basically hanging by a few threads after a single use, BEFORE anything had been shot into it.
The other one in "good" shape flew apart as soon as I dry fired my marker into it. Thank goodness there was no paint in my marker or anyone down range.
These are basically as good as using nothing at all, just enough to keep field officials from yelling at you to put a bag on. Don't test it though, it will fail
