I went with this pack mainly after seeing the amazing price point compared to other packs. That being said I could see this pack going for much more.

The velcro in the waist straps specifically is very strong. I had no issue with the pack coming undone or loose. The straps on the actual pods was great as well. I found it to be very strong but not too hard to rip in game. I also never had one open as I was moving (I don't slide or dive a lot either) The elastic in the pods didn't really "eject" pods per say, but the did slide out enough to be grabbed. The inside elastic pod holders I found to be a little tight but that was to be expected. They also had small velcro tabs to be tucked deep into the pack as well, which I found to be a nice plus.

This is a fantastic pack for the price but in general. I absolutely suggest and recommend this be considered for purchase.

HSTL is know as the “budget” or “consumer friendly” line of gear from HK but that doesn’t mean any of it is any lesser of quality from the high end stuff! This pack is very nice, has high quality velcro, nice padding on the back, dual straps for a nice secure fit. It’s simple, it’s good looking. Can’t go wrong!

It is your standard paintball pack. Nothing too fancy to be found here. Does hold paint very well, and fits the body very well too. However, after 3-4 uses at the field, my velcro that attaches to my waitband has started to come off in a few places. Its a good pack otherwise.

Good pod pack for the casual player. Better than the packs I used to play with years ago. Can hold 4 plus 5 but IMO it’s way to uncomfortable to have 9 pods. Good buy if you just want a quick reload but other packs will be better suited for tournament players. The belt fits nicely and never came undone while playing.
