Good gun for getting into speedball. December 28, 2018
Reviewer: Matthew Matese from henryville, PA United States
Although I have never owned this marker, I have used it on a multitude of occasions. The gun is cheap, yet comes from a reliable company that one can trust to make a good product. The gun is perfect for someone who is just getting into the sport of speedball and wants to get a taste without spending the extremely large sums of money high end gear can run you. I recommend this marker to beginners to the speedball scene.

For the price point it's a good gun but.... April 6, 2018

...there are battery/connection issues. I think it's known that the Rize has this problem, since I've heard from other players that they too have experienced this issue, although this problem can suck, it is a great entry level gun that shoots nicely and somewhat smooth for the low price.  With my Scepter sleeve and 14inch barrel kit, it shoots much nicer and pretty efficient with air but the stock barrel is pretty solid so buying a new barrel kit, Freak/Scepter etc., isn't necessary.

FYI: To fix the battery connection issue, I cut out an eighth of an inch of plastic(glue gun tube) and cut it in half. I then melted the two halves on the ends to create a long piece with one flat side and two half circles on the other. I stuck it, round side down, behind the two prongs that connects the battery to the board so the prongs don't bend in too much.  This has solved my issue with the battery connection so hopefully it will help anyone else with the same problem.
